Azynth provides strategic software engineering, cloud architecture, and legacy modernization consultancy. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for our consultancy engagements are governed by separate master services agreements (MSA) or statements of work (SOW) signed by both parties.

In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and a specific SOW or MSA, the terms of the SOW or MSA shall prevail regarding that specific engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

Website Content: The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this Website are protected by Indian and other international intellectual property laws and are owned by the Company or its licensors.

Client Deliverables: Intellectual property rights regarding code, architectural designs, and reports created for clients during a consultancy engagement will be defined in the respective SOW or MSA.

For the content freely available on our Website (such as blog posts and case studies), permission is granted to temporarily download one copy for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:
